We had a very nice stay, it was a clean, big and easy to get to apartment. Anke and Joachim were very helpful with information as well. We recommend it to anyone.

Great place, amazingly friendly and helpful couple! Even more beautiful than on the pictures, super-clean and comfortable. Worth going back just to have breakfast in their garden:) not to central, but 7 minute walk to the tram is no problem. Or 10 eur by taxi at night.
We had a wonderful stay in Anke and Joachims appartment. The place was clean, spacious and well equiped. There was even a garden! We were very well received, with fruit on the table and drinks in the fridge, and got all the info needed for a pleasant stay in Kassel and visit to documenta.
Very very highly recommended -- Anke and Joachim have made a very nice separate apartment that is quiet and lovely. When I arrived to go to the Documenta Joachim was nice enough to even pick me up from the train station, which was greatly appreciated... they also helped me out when I was having trouble getting wi-fi. Overall, would recommend this to anyone heading to Kassel or nearby. It's not central to the city itself, more of a suburban setting, but that's a benefit if you're looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to downtown Kassel, etc.
Lovely, spacious appartment. New kitchen, bathroom, everything very comfortable. Very nice host, made us feel welcome. We had a very good time and can recomment it for anyone.
Anke Und Joachim were very extremely helpful and nice! They were the perfect hosts and they made our stay in Kassel very comfortable and easy by sharing a lot of information with us about the bus, the restaurants, the local shops, cuisine, and wine! The apartment was brand new and beautiful! They put a lot of heart into the design of the space, and it made our stay very fresh and cozy. We appreciated how clean and spotless the place was. The garden was also peaceful and relaxing; we sat outside in the cool weather before sunset many evenings and enjoyed a glass of wine and cherries from the cherry tree. We would recommend this place, hosted by this generous couple if you are traveling to Kassel. Especially if you will be in town for Documenta - it is an easy bus and tram ride away! Enjoy!

Nice weather for the garden experience after a documenta day! The kitchen is also really well equipped so I used it for cooking. As the flat is souterrain, it stays very cool even with warm summer outside temperatures.

Anke und Joachim waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Information, Inspiration und empfehle, dass unsere Tage sehr interessant. Zuerst waren wir ein wenig überrascht, dass die Wohnung, die im Keller war, aber es war sehr hell und modern. Perfect. Nachdem die Möglichkeit, den Garten zu nutzen machte den Aufenthalt sogar noch besser in diesem heißen Sommer. Wir können nur empfehlen, die Wohnung zu bleiben Ich Kassel. Kommen wir zurück ist wirklich eine Option.

Es war eine sehr angenehme, schöne Unterkunft in der ich mich total wohl gefühlt habe. Alles hat gepaßt, die Wohnung, der Komfort, die äußerst netten Vermieter und ihre super Tipps für Kassel. Ich habe nun ein Lieblingslokal in der Stadt... ! Nachdem ich tagsüber viel erledigen mußte, war es ein Traum im Wohnzimmer auf der genialen Liege zu entspannen. Auch der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war ein " I - Düpferl " ! Der Internet Anschluß hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Es sollte erwähnt werden, daß das Apartment etwas tiefer liegt, aber keineswegs einen Kellercharakter hat. Das Wohnzimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr ansprechend, die Küchenzeile prima ausgestattet. Auch der Arbeitstisch ist sehr praktisch. Im Sommer kann der großzüge Garten genutzt werden. Für mich war das Apartment super und ich werde wieder kommen. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber !
